Cosmetics Ep. 2

something extra to know..

i myself asked numerous questions when it comes to skincare and cosmetics.. like

1. so if i want to put on makeup, should i still pun on my skincare products?

answer: well, to me yes. i wash my face first (dirty face on top of makeup = clogging skin = pimples), put on toner, then use the pore serum (to reduce oily-look). Then, i would be ready for my makeup.

2. where do i put all of my makeup? won't it melt?

answer: i put all of my skincare products and cosmetics in the fridge. i put my skincare products in a small bag, and my cosmetics in a baby-bottle bag (so that if i have to bring them along with me, they are still cool)

why put it in the fridge? i've heard of it somewhere saying that if we put them in the fridge, it will keep them in good condition. well, so far sounds pretty good to me :)

so as you were wondering my skin looks flawless, and i am not sure where or from which picture you've seen me... let just say from this picture

i believe your observation was when i have makeup on.. i have to admit i do still have some scaring from previous outbreaks

when i was still in Perth i had a cosmetic consultant to guide me through.. just before i graduated she asked me to purchase this book as my replacement of her: c'mon~~ i can't fly her over to Brunei~ hehe

generally our skin tone are not even all over... e.g. dark around the eye, nose, above lip, cheeks.. and the list goes on.. so the secret would be using a GOOD concealer on the RIGHT area.

for a normal day to day look.. i don't really use colour..

use light eye shadow and again, refer back to the 2nd picture above, which area you should use light colour (bring the feature forward) and which area you want to darken (bring the feature back: emphasizing them)

my eye shadow kit looks like this.. except it is abit shimery..

in the Making Faces book, it also provides guidance on how to create smokey eyes or simply how to use an eyeliner in the most gorgeous way..

more, it also shows what shades perfect for your skin: foundation, lip colour, etc

products i use namely: Revlon (Foundation Colorstay), Napolean, SkinFood..

i follow a proper sequence when putting on makeup.. and some tips are not mention in the book.. so that is where my consultant comes in handy..

the most important thing you need to take note is having the right (best for you) makeup remover. it is the key to keep your skin from clogging up and prevent skin irritation.

my makeup remover: Aussie Brand, one of which Napolean.

before i go into much detail, my daily skin care routine based on watching 'Glow', consulting Skin Care Specialist and understanding my own skin..

products: SK-II, SkinFood

so, my daily skin care routine looks like this

1. Facial wash: Facial Treatment Cleaning Oil, Facial Treatment Cleaner (SK-II)

2. Masks: Papaya Yogurt Mask/Lemon Pack Mask (SkinFood)
use mask everyday - alternate usage

Papaya Yogurt Mask - for pimple treatment

Lemon Pack - for whitening and scars

3. Pimple Care: Parsley and Mandarin set (toner, essence, emulsion), (SkinFood)

4. Pores control: Peach pore serum (SkinFood)

from watching 'Glow', the experts say that it is beneficial to use mask everyday.. so i did..

for your other questions
1. yes i do wear makeup
2. no, i don't go to spa that much

wanted to say so many things
but my hand just couldn't type them out

..as i had goosebumps from the thought of you..

but it seems like saying 'i love you'
are just the perfect words
as my thoughts of you make me want to say it more often
feel greatful to have you..

alhamdulillah, aku di beri kepercayaan lagi untuk berlakun dengan RegalBlue Production.. jadi mulai minggu dapan aku sibuk selama sebulan.. cerita apa? tunggg-Gu~~

but all of that changed when i stepped into EGO, MALL GADONG... huwahhhhh.. the have NewArrivals... i bought THREE long dresses and a Cardigan.. spent $150-ish there.. aheeee... then, i spent on another dress at I-Top.. aheee...

udah atu udah atu.. the next day, aku jalan sama Syam and Hjh.. si Bum inda dapat sal ia ada program udah.. lurus tah keMall kami atu lagi.. aheeeeee... KAMI-KE-EGO!!! hahaha.. ada tah lagi this New Cardigan.... ermmmm... lurus tah jua ATM baUsai malam atu.. tapi inda papa... bisuknya lagi, aku datang semula... HuuuuuwWWAAAHHHH.. aku bali lahhh.. aheeee...
