yesterday Arifin invited me to attend another Majlis Makan Aul at his brother's mother inlaw's house. i didn't confirm to him that i am going because it would be awkward if i sit by myself in the crowd. so today, i decided to go because Arifin said that i am going to sit with his mother.
it was a pleasant day, not too hot. i chatted with his mother. his mother asked me when did i arrive Brunei and she was wondering why i didn't visit her at home. last time (don't really know when), he brought his friends (including one girl) home after attending a function, he was tired and needed to rest for a bit. Arifin's mother told him that don't bring girls home. he assumed that, that includes me. when Arifin explained to her lastnight, she was worried. so today, his mother kept on asking me when i will be visiting her. Arifin told me that she won't feel at ease until i actually drop by at his house. so, after the function, we hung at his place. i chatted with his sister and his mother, it was nice. the highlight for today was, HE PLAYED THE GUITAR. he made me cry when he played the song "everything i do, i do it for you" by Bryan Adams. gosh!!!! it was beautiful, breath taking moment. i felt like floating into the air with the biggest smile on my face. just beautiful.
