i watched a couple of movies; No Reservations and The Stone Family. great movies, watch 'em.

Lili picked me up at the airport. hehehe ehem ehem, she was hungry so we went to McDonalds to grab a bite. then something captured my attention.

with all do respect, i love the BigMac but i never say that it is healthy. and this advert really pushing it. the heading says "healthy balance at McDonalds" *sigh* if my Nutrition lecturer saw this, she will go berzerk. as a nutrition student, let me explain why. daily, we can only consume 5g maximum of fat. lets see the fat content for BigMac value meal. BigMac burger has about 22g of fat, fries has about 11g and the cordial drinks about few grams. so you do the math. yes, it has veggies and so called orange juice, but how are they cooked??? the type of bread, it is not whole grain, the monosaturated oil will turn to saturated due to overusage, the dressings, the orange juice is not even fresh, it is cordial for crying out loud, not to forget if they drink frizzy drinks. so advertisement can be misleading. i pity to people out there who blindly believe they are eating a healthy meal at McD. c'mon people have you watch Big Size Me??? ok ok.. let not spoit the mood now. back to the big suprise plan.. hehe
