i officially didn't go to the gym over a week now due to my lack-of-sleep syndrome. my free times were for naps. i only played tennis on Tuesday (low intensity), Wednesday (tennis class, moderate intensity) and swimming (high intensity) on Thursday.
from the datas i gathered last year in my Health and Fitness unit, my study performance dropped significantly if i only exercise twice a week. my performance was at best when i worked out at least 5 times a week.
that explained why i was not driven to study all week; laziness that i couldn't overcome.
from scientific report, doing exercise does energize the body, minds become more focused, alert and of course have a good health.
so, i really have to have a consistence amount of workout throughout the week. but before i do that, i really have to solve my sleeping-cycle

without further delay, i played tennis with Maya here in St Cats. we played for 45minutes. amazingly, it felt like a warm-up. i hope i sleep well tonight.
