i tend to forget the simple things in life that could make me happy. i study sports, types of exercise, ways to exercise, how to train, coach people... so occupied thinking about work and others, i tend to forget to train myself, apply to 'me' 'my body' from what i've learnt at uni.
so, i am going to start training... hopefully i will be in a good condition by tomorrow.
