i have just experience these 'chain-of-thoughts'... immediate problem-solutions moments.
today's topic is "kecemerlangan seorang ketua"
things a leader needs to be aware of
1. to be a great leader, we have to learn from being a slave
... so that we understand our employees, their difficulties, their mindset.
2. learn how to follow before we can lead
... so that we won't be a hard-headed-ego-bastard-self-centred boss
3. know who you need in your business/department
... degree/certificates are just a requirement to be 'employed'... working on the other hand requires other-massive qualifications.
the employees have to have enthusiasm, enough curiosity, great organisational skills, determination, punctuality and strong mentality...
why?? the things employees have to face is adapting to the new environment, have to learn new things that are beyond their capability, have to multi-task, etc
so imagine if they have strong mentality, organized, determine... they can face whatever obstacles/challenges that they are introduced to...
even better if those employees know what their strengths are.. so that they could contribute to their fullest potential to the company...
wow!!! that would be fantastic.. everyone knows how to delegate their jobs, who is the best to go to... everything go so smoothly and everyone go home with a smile...
impossible you say?
