i am happy... i have a man who loves me as much as i love him... other people may have their own 'Mr Wonderful' and 'Mr-obviously-Romantic-man'... and may other men pass by; i already have a perfect man for me..
as i have mentioned before...
"the 80:20 rule" lets review: it applies in two situations
1. at work: do something that only requires 20% effort to produce 80% outcome, not vice-versa which can be very exhausting
2. in relationship: you can only get an 80% partner. E.g. when you already have a wife, whom you claimed to be your 80%.. and once came another woman who actually has the 20% quality that your wife do not possessed. what would you do? if lust overrides your sensibility, you will go for the 20% and left the 80% woman.. as time passed by, you missed your wife who actually took care of you, cook for you and love you as you are... and this 20% woman might just be good in bed... grass is always greener on the other side, you say?
my point being.. my man, he doesn't do the flowers, give me huge birthday cards, etc.. but those were just the obvious.. it is I to appreciate and see the things he does; the unspoken, the not-so-obvious and not-so-normal... after all..
he is perfect to me, to my eyes, to my heart... it is actually good that other people couldn't see it... he is being wonderful only for my eyes to see...
so, i will scratch that 80:20 rule just for this case... because why look for what's missing... when the greatest thing is already layed infront of me
not 'a man like you'
a man that is you i have ever wanted
