hmmm... was wearing my sport pants.. hmmmm... my tops... hmmmm...
then, i was looking at the portions on my plate... hmmmm...
when was the last time i had a strict diet? no wait, i don't like calling it a Strict Diet.. it is more of a
proper-WellBalance-GoodProportion diet.. yeah.. that is more like it..
normally
my plate only had one table spoon of rice (no, i am not kidding) or none at all, veggies filled half of my plate (or a full-bowl), and a palm size meat/chic/fish etc.
owh owh, my salad would have lemon dressings.. yummmie..
ok ok, that is the nutrition bits.. my
exercise regime would look like this:
skipping (30mins), core workout (15-20 mins), body weight training (30mins), power walk (15-20mins), and stretching (15-20mins)..
of course i didn't do all of that in one session.. i picked a few in one day, and focused on other areas the next day, and the day after that, etc. to me, exercise regime is like a Cooking Recipe.. you won't know whats going to happen. E.g.
if it rains? you stay indoor, and do indoor workout..
if i am in a hurry? do high intensity skipping for 10mins..
if i am so sore? do a recovery workout: swimming..
if i have time to kill? then, i will get creative...
talking about these makes me all pumped up... but i have to be carefull because i haven't been physically active for few months now, hence i have to start my routine like a novice..
