28/03/08Appraisalwent to have fitness appraisal. what is that you might ask? it is a session where a professional trainer checks your fitness level, body fat composition, BMI and blood pressure. the trainer will also provides a set of program according to your fitness level.
so~ my blood pressure was normal, my fitness level was almost at the highest rank, body fat composition was normal. i was pleased with all of the results i got.
my trainer told me that i don't need to lose more weight. by having said that, she means, i should work on losing fat mass and gain muscle mass. sounds brilliant to me.
FYI - girls will never get the physique like guys. all the big women you see on TV are simply because they take in steroids which increase testosterone level in the body. testosterone helps to bulk up muscles. so there you go~ no worries about weight training for girls.

lights out across the globeapparently tonight was the "earth saving *someting something*" - lights out across the globe. BRUNEI, did you get the memo?.. hehehe.. i never heard of this when i was in Brunei~ so yeah, Perth also took part.
it was a voluntary action of each individual - whether or not you want to help save electricity or not. well~~ at first i was like "i paid the bills in advance and now you want me to save electric?? hold up now!!"... but then, i was like... "... just give 'em some slack.. it just going to be an hour"...
so i did switch off my light.
