my current phase: i get bored easily..
my exercise regime last month
1. skipping: average 10minutes at 85% max HeartRAte
2. aerobics: 10minutes moderate to high intensity
3. power walk: 20minutes moderate intensity
4. bodyweight weight-training: big volume, low to moderate intensity
so yeah, kinda bored with that program... i think i'm going to start swimming again... and perhaps explore other 'free' fitness training that i can improvise..
i don't want to join any LesMills classes... BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyJam... pretty redundant... i normally lost interest after 2nd or third class...
not just exercise regime that i'm bored off.. my uni schedule bores me as well... i need to do some more.. i don't know... i have this thirst to do extra work, seek extra knowledge... just extra 'something'...
i played keyboard just know.. i mastered one song Lucky, by JasonMraz.. my blog song... after that, i got bored... played another song, I'm Yours... i lost interest...
man... i'm feeling restless..
