which situation is more depressing
1. being overweight - fat, can't fit in most of the heavanly beaufitul design clothes, not physically fit, looking at sickly thin models and adoring how good they look. OR.
2. under restricted diet - can't eat yummy food - cakes, chocolates, high carb essential fruits (bananas, apples) breakfast bars, nuts, spaghetti, fried noodles, fast and junk food, soft drinks??
it is interesting to discuss about this issue. we want to lose weight in order to look somewhat attractive. but in order to achieve that; by all means of weight-lost tablet and other (safe) treatments, restricting what we consume each day is always the best and acceptable option. however, the process of getting rid of extra flabs can be depressing. but after we went passed that stage, we will be satisfied to what we have achieved - great body. does this ever work, successfully? interestingly, if we are depressed while losing weight, won't that be a precursor to be re-overweight? you know, usually when people are depressed, food tend to be more friendly. hence, losing weight is just going to be short-term. so it is just a whole cycle you recon?? -->> therefore, even more depress?? - climbing up to your specific goals, but kept on stumbling down.
hehe.. it is fun to play around with the mind, i study abit of health psychology, so i kind of know how to play around with this issue
so, what do you think guys and girls? leave some comments please~
p/s this is simply a thought that passed through my mind, was currently studying varieties of weight-lose dietary program for my nutrition exam this Saturday.
