woke up at 5am. sahur, then get ready for uni.
i love first day of uni. why? because i like observing the anxious, scared, lost and need-to-buy-all-the-textbooks-by-today freshers.. hahaha..freshers writing down the list of books recommended by the school. the lists are available at the bookshop
year in, year out.. it has always been like this. first day, they bought redicolously expensive books without even realising there was a secondhand bookstore 10 metres away. haha~ and for most part, the textbooks weren't that important at all and turned out that they would be flipping it through in just week 1.how i know? because i was one of them when i was a fresher~ :p so what i do now? i borrow books from library..
if so happen that they books are really really good.. then, i will buy for myself and for future reference.i had one lecture today, and OH.MY.GOSH. my lecturer was like "ok, you will be presenting a topic in groups from week 6-10"... "you will be coaching in week 8 and 9"... "and week 10 you submit your proposal".. it was really TO-MY-FACE warning of the workloads ahead..
owh well, i was aware of it... and i was mentally prepared. so, NO WORRIES~
